Saint Emilion Gris
A rustic, neutral limestone, the Saint Emilion Gris hails from Bordeaux and beautifully blends beige, grey, brown and charcoal. Varying shades of taupe and a tight grain lend itself to both interior and exterior use.

From a mass of tiny sea creatures to an ancient seabed, and millions of years later set into a mountainside, the newly quarried French limestone is broken into slabs, cut into tiles, and polished to a smooth surface or lightly brushed to enhance its natural texture.
French limestone is incredibly diverse in color. With over 64 quarries throughout France, popular colors range from soft creams to beige, to more earthy tones such as grey and black.
The Antique French limestone collection includes reclaimed French pavers sourced from historic manors and farmhouses across France, dating as far back as the 13th century, such as the historic Dalle de Bourgogne. Generations of wear that have resulted in uniquely uneven surfaces, for a natural, lived-in patina.
