Dalle De Bourgogne - Phase 1

Antique reclaimed Dalle De Bourgogne limestone is a historic, durable French limestone sourced from the Burgundy region and reclaimed from historic structures such as country houses, chateaux, and farmhouses. It is characterized by random sizes, a worn patina from centuries of use, and a natural color range of beiges, tans, and greys. Originally hand-split and finished rather than sawn, its unique surface texture and natural variations come from its 18th or 19th-century origins and centuries of wear. Key characteristics include a satin-like feel from wear, softened edges, and a subtly undulating surface from generations of footsteps. It may also have subtle marks like tool marks or occasional fossil fragments, which enhance its character.
